Our Services
DESKTOP PUBLISHING $20.00 PER HOUR
Brochures, Fliers, Newsletters, Business Cards,
Invitations/Announcements, Programs, Church Bulletins &
Publications.
WORD PROCESSING $15.00 PER HOUR
This can include all types of correspondence, letters,
newsletters, resumes, reports mail merges and mail outs.
All types of word-processing, including use of graphics. You
can send documents to us, we can email them back to you,
ready to run off on your printer, and edited and updated by
yourself if you wish. We promise to do this, both quickly and
efficiently. We promise that you will receive professional
work.
WRITING SERVICES $20.00 PER HOUR
When it comes to Cover Letters, Resumes, Newsletters. I
can provide you with up to date material that will definately
land you an interview.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS $15.00 PER HOUR
Need to organize a trip either, nationally or internationally?
But, don't have the time. We'll make all those late night
overseas phone calls to organize the trips details, we'll find
out everything about the area geographically and otherwise
to arrange your itinerary? You can use the services of a local
home-based secretary to make those calls and
arrangements for you, to arrange your itinerary, make the
contacts for you during regular business hours and get back
to you, either by email, or by fax.
SCANNING
Both image and OCR.
SEMINARS
We also provide full registration desk and seminar support -
from taking bookings, preparation of name tags, to
front-of-house or backstage staff - just ask!
PROOFREADING & EDITING $15.00 PER HOUR
A fresh pair of eyes can pick up "typos" & spelling mistakes.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES $20.00 PER HOUR
MAIL SERVICES $15.00 PER HOUR
I assess all projects individually and base all quotations on
task complexity. Services can run anywhere from $15 - $25
per hr. Individual correspondence can be typically higher.
Creative services like desktop publishing and web site
maintenance can vary.
