• Desktop Publishing $20. 00 per hour
• Word Processing $15.00 per hour
• Website Services $25.00 per hour
• Writing Services $20.00 per hour
• Administrative Services $20.00 per hour
• Mail Services $15.00 per hour
• Proofreading & Editing $15.00 per hour

Our Rates

Our rates are based on the amount of work involveed. Clients with monthly accoutns benefit from special rates. Word processing and Data Entry are billed on an hourly basis. Fees are typically billed hourly as set forth above, conveniently billed in increments. Clients who retain my services on a monthly basis for preset hours, receive a discounted hourly rate. Expenses (such as, supplies, postage, etc.) will be billed separately.

Retainer Package

Please note that new clients will be required to provide a retainer of the estimated fees, with the balance billed upon completion of the project. After the initial retainer fees a client may choose to subscribe to a retainer package in which he/she buys hours during the month. If the job involved requires extra hours this will be billed at a discounted rate.

10% of the unused hours may be carried forward to the following month.

Payment in full must be granted before delivery of assignments.

Once a job is completed, it may be delivered to the client via hard copy, floppy disk, e-mail or fax, according to the needs of the client.
